We have experience in intramuscular and intramyocardial injections as well as antegrade and retrograde administrations into cardiac vasculature. Intramyocardial injections can be targeted using electroanatomical mapping.
Pacing induced animal model of heart failure offers a reliable, predictable, repeatable, and clinically relevant animal model for studying systolic heart failure treatments. We are also highly experienced at ischemic heart failure animal models.
Saparo’s physicians have a decade of coronary and peripheral stenting expertise, including endovascular coronary ischemia models. Our models are suitable for acute myocardial ischemia(1), chronic myocardial ischemia(2), and ischemic heart failure(2).
Saparo offers a preclinical platform for various stent studies. We can perform high-resolution imaging with angiography and OCT for the in vivo evaluation of stent products. Furthermore, 4D flow MRI imaging can be used to evaluate the effects to vascular flow. We also have experience in hard tissue microtomy for ex vivo stent samples.
