Our focus is to provide state-of-the-art imaging services for preclinical research. We have decades of experience in medical device and gene & cell therapy evaluation with the latest imaging modalities. Our unique capability to develop a new GMP grade PET radiotracer within months enables an economical way to assess the biological effects of your research molecules and saves a significant amount of time when compared to traditional methods.
Molecular imaging via PETWe offer fast-phase possibility to personalized positron emission tomography (PET) and the possibility to produce next to any tracer with a wide spectrum of PET isotopes. PET is one of the most important methods in today's molecular imaging. It is based on molecules that are labeled with positron-emitting radioactive atoms. Radiotracers are used to non-invasively visualize both biochemical and physiological processes in living organisms quantitatively. In addition, PET allows longitudinal translational studies where the same imaging protocols could be used to monitor the disease state, progression, or drug pharmacology in both animals and humans. PET imaging will be an important tool on the path to personalized medicine.
Our main services are:

AngiographyOur preclinical laboratory includes a cardiac catheterization lab with the newest generation of digital angiography (GE Healthcare InnovaTM IGS 5). Digital angiography provides high resolution and high FPS imaging for precise details for visualizing soft tissue and small devices. The digital angiography also features GE’s next-generation 3D imaging and includes Abbott’s intravascular imaging modalities, such as optical coherence tomography (OCT). OCT can be used for imaging coronary arteries and coronary devices to visualize vessel wall lumen morphology and microstructures at high resolution. In addition, measurements of pressure (FFR and RFR), coronary flow (CFR), and index of microcirculatory (IMR) can be recorded simultaneously.

EchocardiographyCardiac ultrasound provides an non invasive option for frequent evaluation of cardiac function during the follow-up period. Almost all practical measurements of systolic, diastolic, and valvular function are available in echocardiography of swine models. We can also perform contrast pulse sequence (CPS) imaging for the real-time and high-resolution evaluation of muscle perfusion.

Stress testsWe offer stress testing for preclinical studies. Stress condition can be induced medically or via controlled treadmill exercise. All of the stress tests can be performed at multiple time points.
Cardiac rhythm monitoring and treatmentsOur team has a lot of experience in cardiac pacemaker implantations, be the purpose either rhythm treatment or overpacing to induce a heart failure animal model. We also offer solutions for invasive monitoring of cardiac rhythm.
